02 Explorer No start

I have an 02 explorer xlt 4x4 4 dr. Recently had the tranny, battery, and starter replaced. Was driving one day and the truck just shut off didn't over heat or lose fuel just cut out. Now the theft light flashes in the regular every 3-4 seconds no change in pace just a steady flash. I have checked all fuses frelated to the pats, battery, memory, and starter systems and checked and they are all good. I have disconneted the battery multiple times and left unhooked for as long as 2 days with no change. We lost the secondary key and only have the one factory key and it seems as though it doesn't recognize it to start. Looking for some help we just dumped 2000 into it and would really like it running again.

Still flashes same with key on ON position?

Does the radio come on in the ACC position?

Do the wipers come on in the ON position?

I'm thinking possible the ignition relay for the on position died if the on position does not enable things like the wipers and blower fan. Or could be the ignition switch itself but with the sudden death the relay is more likely or the fuse that feeds that relay.

Everything powers up and works. The milage and temp shows dashes only.

No power to PCM. It's going to be the relay or fuse to it, all of which is in the main fuse box under the hood.
