02 Mountaineer trans fluid change.

I need to replace my transmission filter and replaced the fluid, but when I drain the fluid where do I refill from and where can I get the tool (not too expensive) and we all know they don't come with the dip stick anymore. This is my first post and I hope it in the right place, if not please move.

Welcome to this forum! There is a sticky thread in the transmission section which explains how to check the fluid level, and add fluid if necessary. It's called the 5R55W fluid fill. There is an additional thread in the Technician Forum section with information on the tools which are needed.
