03 Explorer electrical issue

Hey all. I have a 03 Explorer with the 4.0. She has an electrical issue, I think.
When you press the brakes the washer fluid motor runs. Also at times the interior light will come on as well as the windows will not go up or down.
Are these things plagued with electrical problems?
Any ideas?

I searched and it looks like I need to check the wiring in the driver door for some of these issues.
Really concerned about the brake pedal activating the washer motor!
