03 Explorer Heater Core Replacement

Any post or threads with instructions on heater core replacement 2003 explorer/mountaineer? Any help would be appreciated

there is a guy on youtube. Search and digest. He breaks it up into about 10 segments but it is not that bad. There are omissions which are covered on a sticky in one of the forums.
