Hi all,
New to this group and just purchased a 2003 Explorer XLT. Things were fine when I first got it, but now when I close my door and go over any bumbs on the road, the cargo area sounds like a tank. It sounds like the whole cargo area is going to fall apart when I go over a bump. Please offer any suggestions as to what this problem may be.
