03 explorer transmission advice needed

Hello, I'm new to the forum. sorry if i post in wrong place. I have an 03 explorer. the od light started flashing and it now takes a while to shift out of first and wont go into fifth gear. I had it diagnosed and the solenoid was bad. They dropped the pan and told me the transmission looks good no metal shavings etc.. they replaced solenoid and it still does the same thing. I'm able to shift it manually with shifter which i was not able to do before solenoid replacement. my main question is do i have to get the computer module reprogrammed or will it do its self over time? Or could the servos happen to go bad at the same time as solenoid? Some places i read that it takes the computer time to relearn its shift points. or do i have to have ford reprogram? Or is there a fuse that could be blown? Thanks

I tried having computer flashed and still not fixed. my only guess would be servos or bands . any ideas anyone?

How is the fluid level? I ask this because I recently had a solenoid replaced in my tranny and after driving it, I was having some shifting issues. Once the fluid was topped off it runs & shifts smooth.

Were did you have the work done? Sometimes the "local" shops aren't up to speed on the fill procedure for these transmissions without the dipstick.

I'm not sure about the fluid level. It was a local shop, they said he had to get a special injector to add the fluid . Maybe they didnt put the correct level back in. Thanks ill have it checked. It still maybe the servo I'm guessing.
