03 ford explorer xls help on wireing

im tring to find out if my explorer is wired for heated mirrow and heated seats in my owners manul it says i have fues for it

what im tring to do is buy hetaed mirrow and seats and put them in thinking the wire is allready there and for the over head compus and temp are the wires there to for that

or do i have to run all new wire cause i want to put all this in my self some one please help me

Welcome to the site.. This is just a guess but since you have the XLS and not the XLT, I'm guessing you probably don't have the wiring already installed.

Look in the fuse block...there is no wiring there, nothing. The manual is a generic one for all models. My XL has "power seat" listed in the book, but there is no wiring for it in my X.

in the fuse box there is fuses under the hood and it says there is a fuse for heated seats and heated mirrows

That is how mine is also..but there is no actual holder in that slot...and no wiring up to it
