[03' ST] 2WD to 4WD Conversion Help

Hello all, I recently found and bought a 2003 ST that has the 5-speed manual. I love this little truck but I've seen some google photos of some lifted ones and the look soo nice. My question is, given there are some 4WD manual rangers of the same year and 4WD automatic ST's, is it possible for me to source the 4WD system from either a manual ranger or an automatic ST and install it on my manual ST? I know the base components Ill need are the transfer case, the shaft to the front end, the entire front end diff and the output shaft with the spindles and brake system. But other than this what else would I need? I also know the 4WD ST's have the electronic gear selector for 4HI and 4LO on the dash and some Rangers have the manual gear lever for the TC...

I know it would be cheaper to get an auto 4WD ST but my goal here to make a manual 4WD ST which as far as i know Ford never produced.
