03 xlt v8 exhaust

I'm thinking of adding an aftermarket exhaust to my 03 xlt v8. Does anyone know if this will affect my factory warranty at all? And does anyone have any suggestions on what manufacturer to use?

I have specifically asked the dealership this question, and have been told that it will not void the warranty...
I'd put money on the fact that there is a stealership out there somewhere that would blame tranny problems on the fact that there is an aftermarket exhaust on the vehicle. Ok, slight exaggeration, but you get the point.
It shouldnt be a problem though as far as I know. If anyone knows different, I'd be interested in hearing though.

As a person that mods the heck out of my vette I have come to find out that the dealer will need to find a direct correlation between the MOD and the part that you are looking to get fixed under warranty.

an after market exhaust will probably make no difference and many people in the vette world have fought and won with GM on this.
