Unfortunately I don't have lots of information since it is my daughter's vehicle.
She described the problem as she backed out of parking space. When she put it in Drive she lost braking and accelerating functions and drifted to a curb. This was in the high school parking lot. It sounds to me like she did not have the lever all the way in drive. So I am curious if any one has heard of anything like this. I am now driving the vehicle for a couple of days to see if it will do it for me. Obviously losing braking power is quite alarming.
