'04 Front License Plate Mount

I recently purchased an '04 XLT. Now, basically every Gen 3 Explorer that I've seen has a front license plate bracket, except for mine, no holes or anything. I can't find anything online about them, does anyone know where I can get one and not have to use a generic mount?

Yep, I think that it was around $15 or $20. To mount, you just drill the holes and use the pop rivets that come with the bracket.
