I bent the knuckle when installing the bearing. I replaced the knuckle with a knuckle off an 02. The rear lower tie rod end hole on the bottom seems to be a different size than my 04 than the 02. I have it spread but it has now damaged the tie rod end trying to pound the damn thing in. Is the 02 tie rod smaller than the 04? It definitely appears to be different by a smaller diameter.

Yes, the rear toe links are different sizes, 02 = 15mm stud / 04 = 17mm stud

Rockauto sell both sizes for $30 - $35

Is the toe link off an 02 the same design just smaller link? I looked it up at Rock auto and it appears to be of a different design? Can I get just the threaded toe link in the 02 diameter to thread on the 04 strut bar? If the are different I'm going to have to look at getting a knuckle off an 04 to properly fit.
