04 shuts off, and starts again.

Friend has an 04 Explorer that runs down road and shuts off, then seconds later continues on its own. You can hear door dinger chime and everything just like you turn key. It does it all without touching anything. Any clues?? Oh yea, has 4.0 6 in it if that helps.
