'04 Winshield Washer Pump

No windshield wiper fluid is being sprayed. I tried to clean the electrical connection to the pump but this did not fix the problem. Should I just assume the pump is broken? And if so, how do I go about changin the pump on the '04 sport trac?

Do I need to remove the windshield washer fluid reservoir, which is also connected to the coolant reservoir? Or, I learned tonight I could kind of begin to pry the pump away from the bottom of the reservoir. Does this mean it just pries away? And if so, how is it connected to the reservoir?

Sometimes the sprayers themselves clog up. Try disconnecting the lines and blow air through them with a compressor. This has happened to me before

Pump just unplugs from the reservoir no need to take the reservoir out. Check to see if you have power at the pump. There is a W/W relay in the under hood relay box right frame rail very common for relays to get all green down there. You may need new relay or just clean the connections up..hope that helps..
