I removed the pan and found the pawl for the band laying in the pan. The trans was slipping between 2nd & 3rd gear. Looking at the band it looked like the end had broken off, I put the pawl or adjuster what ever its called back in and adjusted the band, test drove and it worked good for about 10 miles and then started slipping again. I quess what my question is how do you replace the band?
