05 explorer driver side wheels not turning

I have a 2005 explorer with advancetrac that will not turn the driver side wheels when in drive. The passenger side works just fine and will turn the wheels as normal. Initial problem was the driver side would skip and drive speed would be alot slower than the passenger side. When I select different 4x4 modes the lights flash. Currently have trouble codes c1233, c1236 and u2023. So far I checked the tone rings for damage and dirt, checked speed sensors for continuity, checked 4x4 relay. Anyone experienced this?
