First I want to thank Brooklynbay, he had the answer for my explorer.
My explorer couldn't be driven, it wouldn't get to 20 mph with out whinning and thumping violently, forcing you to stop.
Brooklynbay suggested that I check the tires!
Although I thought the possibility of my tires being the culprit, to my extreme delight and surprise, I had one tire that was a different size.
I had 3 tires that were 265/75/17's and one 245/65/17,
The 05 advance Trac is all wheel drive all the time, so the drive train was fighting against itself as a result of the difference in size.
Who would have thought?.
Brooklynbay thought! Thanks again Brooklynbay
