This car has been having intermittent start up issues for about a year. We recently replaced the fuel pump and thought it had fixed the problem, but it did not. This car will run for 2 weeks - 2 months without any issues at all, then out of no where we could go to start the car and it turns over but it doesn't start. But when it does start it runs perfect .
I was wondering if it would the ignition coil pack but after researching , if it was the pack you would feel misfires among other things.
I was told it might be the crank shaft sensor , but after researching again I found that the crank shaft sensor syncs the fuel delivery and spark but there is no signs when it works that this is an issue.
If anyone has any ideas I would much appreciate it .
