So I've noticed this for a while and It's been bugging me. The front wheels on my truck don't spin very freely as I feel the calipers are putting a good deal of pressure onto the pads. With the wheel and tire on and the truck jacked up, I can spin the tire as hard as I can and it will maybe continue to turn another 1/8 of a turn. With the wheel off and just spinning the hub itself, It's really hard to actually turn and once you do get it going, motion stops the second you stop applying a force.
I know that the pads are always supposed to be in contact with the disks just to keep them clear of any debris, but I feel like they're applying way too much pressure. Anyone else know what their truck feels like?

Take the calipers off, check them, take out the sliders, take them apart, clean and grease them. Very common issue, debris, dirt and moisture will get inside the rubber grommets and form rust inside the sliders. If their too far gone you might need to get new slider pins, prety cheap.

Also you should bleed you brakes eveytime you change them to keep them fluid clean and flush out any debris that is in the system.
