'06 Explorer Towing Mirrors

Has anybody found any good towing mirrors. I donot see any sort of slip on for the 06. I tried the strap on kind but the angle on the lower inside of the mirror prevents good contact. Getting ready to tow travel trailer and would like some wider mirrors.

I've been using the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors for 8 camping seasons on our minivan (up for sale), pulling the popup camper (already sold). We just bought the Mounty, intending to watch for a larger camper this fall/spring.

I haven't tried my mirrors on the Mounty yet, but I'll give it a try. At least 2 of the 3 legs are adjustable (threaded), so I don't see why there wouldn't be good contact. Maybe you tried a different one?
