07 explorer, is it the blend door or is it the actuator

Hey guys how's it going I have a 07 explorer and I'm not sure if my blend door is shot or if it's just the auctuator that's gone bad I have a video attached of the sound that's it's making,

As you can see, not many review this sub forum. Pretty sure gen 4 is similar to gen 3? It sounds like the blend door actuator. It's electronic with plastic gears. Over time teeth break off.

Busted doors don't make noise, they just don't move as they aren't attached after breaking.

Now that it's been over a month, how'd you relsolve it?
