07 Explorer transmission issues

Hello all,
Having issues with my Explorer. At first I lost all gears. Shifter moved but no engagement. I pumped some new fluid into the transmission and wheels started turning. Now it's working when warmed up. But after it sits and cools down won't engage until pressure builds up. Engine revs up and down. Ideas help?

If its full of fluid and still acts like that its most likely damaged to the point that it has to be rebuilt.

Still sounds like it is low on fluid. Can you see where you lost fluid?
