2007 Explorer Sport Trac: I need to replace the passenger side air bag. Followed instructions I found on the internet for an 06 but no luck. I dropped the glove box and looking up, there is a metal plate secured by 4 screws. Instructions said look for four nuts that secure the air bag unit.
This is where I ran into a roadblock! Can't see any fasteners that secure the unit. It appears the nuts are hidden behind metal brackets that support the dash assembly. Any help or direction to an existing write up appreciated. Thanks
