07 sport trac same stuff as for same year explorer?

For 4.6L stuff For instance:

K+N Cold Air Intake - same as for 07 explorer??? no part number for sport trac specifically...

can I buy other performance parts designed for the explorer for this motors? anything from the mustang come over?

Yes to Explorer. Everything is the same from B-pillar forward. Engine mods will be the same. Exhaust is different.

No to Mustang. (except I've read underdrive pulleys work for us -- Steeda).

I know some things are different, but would I generally be safe if I bought and used a shop manual for an explorer? I need to replace some sensors and want to know where these things are and figure they'd be close to the same location as a regular expo. Not sure why Haynes wouldn't do one for the Sport Trac when they specifically say the expo manual is not for tracs.

Do you have links to the research you've done for the steeds pulley kit? Trying to figure out how that will work for the sport trac I have. Will I need a new belt?
