07 Topper on an 01 sport trac

recently purchased a topper from an 07 sport trac for my 01 sport trac, I was told it would work and by the looks of it it should. I was wondering if anyone has done this before and has pictures. any help would be greatly appreciated.

You were misinformed. Gen 2 ST (2007-10) has a wider bed, don't see how without extensive modification. Measure?
