08' Explorer Roof Rack

How do I remove them? This is my girls Explorer and if I break something she's going to be pissed, so I need to get some info/help from someone that's done it before...

There are 2 screw's on the inside of the rack near the front and 2 in the rear, if I remove those will that then free up the main "tube", if so then will I be able to remove the 3 braces that are attached to the cab?
