I inadvertently posted this in the " How did you find us". I hope my request is in the right section now. I want to change the transmission fluid and filter on my '08 Sport Trac with the 5-speed transmission, rear wheel drive. Can anyone direct me to any instructions on this procedure. I'm also going to change the rear differential fluid. Is this procedure the same as in the video posted for the '96 Explorer? Thank you for any help.
