Guys help me out I have been trying to find a post for an hour now and no luck.
I am trying to remove the rear latch on the back gate of my 09 ex the one with the ford emblem so I can take it off and paint it. I removed the four bolts but it has a clip of some kind I can see under there holding it on.
A while back I saw a post with some pictures of those clips and how to remove them but for the life of me I cant find the post.
Can anyone help?

got it just pull straight out real hard.
