Most of the checks are just common sense ones. Check to see if you have the latest version of MFT/SYNC which is V3.5.1. You can check the SD card in the USB slot for navigation and if it is an A4 card then you should be up to date. Check for panel alignments, inside and out. Use the remote start to make sure it works as well as the Park Assist if it has that. Try to pair your phone before you drive off the lot and see if that also works.
