Will the wiring harness that you get for the Hella 4000's handle a 130 watt bulb? Do I need to upgrade the fuses? They come with a 100 watt bulb already.

Dont know for sure about Hella but, I have been useing a light harness from PIAA that came w/a 55watt light set for 100 watt bulbs w/no problems.
The wires on the two sets of 130 watt lights I have had (PIAA & K.C.) are the same size as the 55's. So I think you would be OK going to 130watt bulbs. The only problem I could foresee is that the bulbs may not last as long due to the fixture not being designed to handel the extra heat.

I asked Hella and they said that I could upgrade to the 130 watt bulbs. I figure that since they are their bulbs and they told me I could, I'll give it a shot.

Rob, Where do you get 130Watt Hella bulbs? I have only been able to find KC.
Thanks, Bill
