You can light it on fire with a lighter, and it will burn, like a piece of wood, only hotter, and for a longer period of time. And it won't explode unless you have something else for a detonator, fire doesn't work.

Depends on the plastic. Guess what.... acetone is sold in plastic bottles. Its called fingernail polish remover. Ive never seen it eat through the little plastic bottles in the middle of WalMart. Either way, its only 4 ounces in 20 gallons of fuel. You could DRINK acetone if it were mixed 4 oz. per 20 gallons of water.

I still dont think it really does anything, but what the hell im still trying it.

acetone is used as a food additive, read it on the ingredients list on a gallon of vanilla icecream a while ago.
