Hey so we have a 99' explorer with the most simple radio/casette system there is (volume, search, 3 stations). This one has been hooked up with a splitted 15 pin connector (8 pins on top 7 on bottom). We recently got an OEM cd-player which is much nicer and we want to install it. this ine has a 16 pin connector at the back, so i bought a connector that i can wire the old wires to.
the problem is that the new connector only has black wires coming out of the back and im not sure which colour cable from the old 15 pin connector goes where on the new 16 pin connector..
any help would be greatly appreciated! thank you!
