Seems like most of the threads I read talk about the biggest tire on a stock 15" rim. Well, I ordered the off road package so I have 16" rims, and would like a taller tire than the one it came with 2001 Eddie Bauer AWD. I did the torsion twist, and rear warrior shackle, so any thoughts?

16" stock rims..bigger tire?

I also have the Sport Package on my 97 Sport, My original tires were Firestone 255/70/R16's. I needed New Tires and I also wanted to go with the biggest possible. I ended up going with BFG AT KO's 265/75/R16. I did have to cut a Small piece of inner fender moulding, so that I would not have any Rubbing when I turned the wheels. I urge you to read this message fully, it should give you all the info you need.

You should be able to fit 31x10.50's no problem. I'm not sure what the torsion twist and warrior shackles add but I'd be willing to bet it's enough...
