Hello~
Ok.
I've replaced my timing belt before, but the mechanic today noticed my alternator belt was cracked and ready to go. He wanted $90.00. The belt costs $15.00 @ Autozone. I never replaced this and wanted to know how difficult it would be. He only told me if I did it myself, I'd have to be really careful??? careful of what?
I bought this truck new back in '86, and it did not come with factory Air conditioning, but I had ARA install an after-market A/C about a year after I purchased the truck, which the A/C hasn't worked for years.
So is this an easy doable task? Thanks!
