1988 bronco 2 shorted fuel relay

Hello every one I have a 88 bronco 2 the other day it would not start found inline fuse link open chased back to fuel pump relay red wire off relay dead short to ground pcm power relay in op also off of pin 57 37 with testlight verry low light don't have actual voltage number for you but schematic verry vague on traceing any input would so greatly appreciated thanks for you help and support
