1988 Ford Ranger PIP code # 14.

I have 88 ford ranger 4x4. I am getting a code 14 PIP on ignition off test. The trucks runs ruff and stalls. It seems to run alright and high throttle. Hope someone can help me.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the Ranger section. The PIP is inside of the distributor. It's a Hall Effect magnetic pick up sensor. Check this part, and the ignition module.
