How does the top of the shift handle detach from the bottom. It looks to me like it may screw on, but I can't get it to break loose. Any suggestions? Thanks!:aerostar:

It has the 3.0. I'm trying to remove the shift lever (7k387) from the bottom part that bolts to the top of the transmission.
 






It only has one bolt connecting it. Were you able to see this bolt? Could you take a picture?
