The eec and fuel pump relays and fuses should be checked for power and connections

When you turn the ignition switch it on the eec relay through the eec fuse, should energize and this powers the pcm

Once the pcm energizes is should attempt to prime the fuel pump via the fuse relay and inertia switch

A simple check for battery power at the fuel pump connector when the key is turned will rule all of these things out… it means they are working

Bare wire at crank sensor can be the shield wire, the crank sensor + and - are shielded
No other bare copper should be allowed

It’s quite possible a short in the crank sensor blew the pcm resistors

Any chance you can get another pcm from a similar truck, just for testing?
