Hello all!!!
I have a 1994 Explorer 2 wheel drive, 5 speed stick. It has 134000 miles on it, 4000 of which are on a new trans put in my be and my friends!! Engine runs great. The "Check Engine" light has been on and pissing me off lately. I replaced the EGR valve, EGR solenoid, EGR tube, and oxygen sensors. It passed emissions like this, but the light is still on. What happens is I start it up, and the light is off. It only comes on when I go 30-45 mph or more for 10 seconds or so, and then it stays on until I turn it off. I checked the trouble codes... a 332, insufficient EGR flow. What could be left to replace or repair??! The only thing I have changed about it is I put a thrush glasspack muffler on it (by the way it sounds badass with that) and a crazy stereo. Mechanically I am trying to keep it stock so it will laaaaast :) How can I get my EGR flow up? Or is there a sensor that could be malfunctioning? Thanks!!!!!!!
I'd prefer an emailed response if possible

EGR position sensor is the most common culprit; more common than the EGR valve and the EGR solenoid.
One important part of diagnosing codes it to identify the code as a KOEO, KOER, or continuous memory (CM) code, because it has an effect on your diagnostic strategy. Usually, the first, best check when you have a code is to inspect the wiring between the offending sensor and the PCM.
