1994 OHV won't start

My '94 with 4.0 and 145,000miles would not start this am. It would crank and crank solidly. Tried press and hold gas. Got a full tank of gas yesterday at the local Exxon and it was only 33degrees this am. So I don't think it is fuel-line freezeup.

Do you hear the fuel pumps run? Is there fuel pressure at the fuel rail? Are the fuel injectors firing? Are the spark plugs firing? Any codes in the computer?

It was fine for a few days and now it acting up again (only in the morning)

Got a long weekend to work on it. I'll hookup the old ODB scanner and see if anything will show.

I'm thinking it could be a Fuel Pump Relay and/or EEC power relay. I don't think they are too $$$.
