1994 Premium Radio Speaker Input

Does anyone know the part number for the radio input harness? Every site I have checked says it is 71-1770.

This number relates to the power and speaker input for the Midline...not the premium. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

This is the harness I keep running across. This is a direct plug into the Ford Midline radio...but not the Premium. The grey harness is an exact match for the power input on 1991 - 1994 radios, however the black side only fits on the Midline. The Premium requires a square radio input with 8 pins(round not flat bladed as seen in pic). I have the 'from vehicle harness' but have not seen a 'from radio harness' for that particular slot.
