i need to do my valve springs but am not sure exactly what ones i should look for, suggestions?

What do your mean, which ones? I would price around for replacements for the 4.0 v-6 which your truck should have.
Are you rebuilding the heads? Just replacing one? Rebuilding the whole engine? Wanting a specific brand? I'm not real sure what you are asking.

i got it all figured out now. i asked one of my friends thats got a 1994. i needed to know exactly what the vavle spring specs were so i could order new ones. all figured out thou! thank you for your help.
