1995 Aerostar. Airbag question.

I have a code 12 flashing, also an intermittent buzzing under the dash, fuse is good, previous owner has tried to reset (unsuccessful), don't know where to look for solution. Is there a wiring diagram available on line?
Is there a way to disable the airbag system?
