I need to replace the timing belt (no, not serpentine belt) on my 95 B2300. The Chilton's manual gives a description that defies what my eyes see. It looks as if I have to remove the entire cast bracket for the A/C and power steering pump, as well as the crankshaft pulley to get the timing belt cover off. In addition, the crankshaft timing marks are on the cover and the inspection popouts do not show timing marks on the pulleys. I can set TDC with the valves, but this appears to be an ugly long job for the darn belt. Am I missing anything about this job?

...Welcome here..:D

...It would help others answer your question if you included your engine size as in 2.3L, 4.0, etc...;)

Thank you!!!

Many thanks. The timing cover pictures were very helpful. I think I may have a later timing cover, but the photos of the A/C and PS pump moved confirmed my suspicions. Excellent. Most appreciated.

...I didn't have to fiddle with the power steering pump or hoses at all...But the A/C was somewhat of a pain..

Timing Belt Installation completed

Thanks for the different folks input. I wound up have to disconnect the A/C and PS Pump bracket from the block, as well as drain and remove the radiator. Couldn't figure out how to break the crankshaft pulley bolt because I didn't have any means of locking the engine. Asked a local wrench at the BP station. He suggested laying my breaker bar on the frame and bumping the starter. Worked like a champ! Came right loose. Everything else was straightforward. Just have to be very careful to keep the marks lined up. I was actually doing a bunch of different things in addition to the timing belt. The thing fired up immediately and ran perfectly when I was done. Very pleased with myself.
