1995 XLT 4x4 4R55E TCC solenoid

Inductive signature or not?
The trans will not shift into 4th / OD no noises or parts in the pan. Shifts 1-3 no problem no flickering od light sends a 641 code.
What is the ohm value for TCC and EPC.

Thank you this is exactly what I needed unfortunately everything is within spec at the 60 pin connector and at each solenoid (cold)
Next I will check each negative to chassis ground and go from there

No previous work was done changed fluid and filter 10,000 miles ago
Replaced the battery then found a melted fuse holder to the electric fan
That may have upset the ECM
I have cleaned all connections to the 60 pin connector now I’m going to clean the conections to the engine
