Should have asked better... Where they are connected to the fuel rail. One is connected directly to the rail, the other looks like its connected to a regulator.

After the regulator is the return line
The one connected to other side of rail is feed line
To confirm you can check
The larger is the feed
The smaller dia is the return
Makes sense right! More fuel needs to be delivered then returned
That’s also why it’s called “regulator returned” fuel system
