So I was surfing the internet for random Ford Explorer Accessories when i came accross timing gears for a 97 Ford Explorer OHV 5.0 V8 (obviously they will fit a 97 mountaineer as its that same engine) on Rockauto.
Does anybody here run these timing gears or some other brand of gears?
So i'm probably going to order a set for the mounty as i'm worried about my timing chain biting the dust. I'm unsure if my timing chain has been changed and i'm at 178xxx miles.
