Greetings fellow ford explorer truck enthusiasts!
My name is Roger and I'm a new member here and I'm from Phoenix, Arizona.
I wanted to ask a question so see if anyone has had this same problem I'm experiencing with my 1997 XLT.
My drivers side passenger side door suddenly will not open with the key remote
or manually with both the inside and outside handle. The lock knob is not popping up when you depress the unlock button on the remote control.
It's stuck in the down position.
Does anyone have any advise on how I can get the lock knob to pop up so that I can then open the door? I only have 90,000 miles on this vehicle and have had many problems so I have now renamed it "The Ford Exploder"
