1998 Explorer Brake issues

Guys...awesome forum site...found this one since i was on one for my ATV's...anyhow...my wife has a 1998 Explorer and this vehicle has been awesome for many years (bought with 8k on it in 1999---120K on it now). We were on a trip and someone pulled out in front of us and we really had to get on the binders...so we noticed afterwards that we warped the brakes from the sudden stop...so i replaced the front rotors and brake pads as well as the back pads...so it has been about 8k miles since then and the same pulsating when applying the brakes is back. I have relubed the slides and all that good stuff...what else am i missing or why would it be doing it again...no hard braking since then...any advice or things to look at would be great.

does it feel like ABS is kicking on, maybe?

It's not exactly warped disc's that your feeling, it's pad material transfer.
Here's some really good information that may help you understand what causes brake judder and how you can avoid or even correct it.
