1998 explorer loose bolts under car, replacement rubber things? (VIDEO)

I dont know much about cars , 1998 explorer here, leaky radiator had me under car try to find problem when I noticed these two bolts on both sides are really loose and I do not think they are suppose to be like that, in the very top is worn out rubber, where do I buy replacement and what is it called?

Sway bar end-link bushings. Any parts dealer should have them. I would go with polyurethane ones better quaility.
 






You need a replacement stabilizer link kit x2...One for each side... Replace them in pairs...

Should I just replace the bushings or just put in a new kit??
 






Put in a new kit... MOOG is good stuff, don't overtighten them- but do tighten them when the truck is sitting on the ground (not jacked up)

Being in Florida, you may or may not have to cut them off. If you do, you can just use a hacksaw, they're not bad.

I never saw that writeup before- I did one last summer too- wish I had known that! lol! Maybe mine can help too-
